I know newegg kicks ass, but is this worth it? it seems like it is a way to obtain customers that dont have a credit card, with high interest and minute benefits. opinions wanted.

assuming its like most merchant credit cards, you are correct. its for people without visa/mc or if you dont want to tie up your credit limit on those cards. a 500$ puchase from new egg is not unusual, but most people in the geeky age bracket have fairly low mc/vs limits, and 500 would cause problems for another month at least.

High interest, but 90 days? Shoot man, that's no problem for me! All my cards are paid off every month to avoid that demon known as interest. And I think I'll just go and apply for this one as well. 90 days same as cash works for me!

Guess you gotta figure out if it's worth it for you (financially!) for the duration of the debt.
