Live webcasting adventure or nightmare????

Greetings from the sun-parched metropolis of E-Central FL...
I am trying to get info on what hardware items I will need to produce a live webcast of a sporting event. Already have the streaming situated, but am a bit lost as to what I will need to integrated a few different cameras -A/VR equip- etc. I'm assuming that there is a video switching device of some sort that I need to be looking at. Any and all advice is most appreciated!. Thank you for your time and help.
