when i open my browser page ie' about.blank it shows some search page.i want to get rid of it .Give solution to me.

Head over to http://security.kolla.de/, download Spybot, update it, then let it find and remove all spyware. That should probably fix it.

Your post is very vague...
Whats your IE browser?
Set up a homepage...
Start->Rt.click on IE->Internet properties->General Tab->Home page box->Click on Use default or type URL of prefered hompage.
