i using win xp sp2...but i can't shutdown my computer..is alway restart, can't shut down. please help

I can't really understand what you're having problems with. Do you not have the option to restart? If that's the case, just deal with it, shutdown and turn your computer back on. I searched on google but didn't find much of anything that sounded like it could help you.

sp2 hasnt been released yet. youve either got some pirated thing, or its the beta. in either case, cant do anything about it.

I'm also using XP Pro Sp2, which you can get from Microsoft Download centre in beta, I have had it installed for about 2 weeks now and have had no problem. Do you mean it restarts on it's own?

1. Ctrl+ALT+Delete
2. Shutdown Menu
3. Select Shutdown
