Stop Error

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Posted by: NOVAELEC

I recently installed SBC DSL software and the external modem on my computer. Now when I am on the internet I suddenly get a blue screen informing me that my physical memory is being dumped and I get a stop error of 0x0000007F. The computer locks up and I have to reboot by cycling the power on and off. I am using XP Home and running zone alarm and norton antivirus.

Any one have any suggestions.

Thanks

Post the exact error message.

Zone Alarm can mess with your connection.
Disable it, & try to reconnect.
