PLZ help me i cant log on to the west

alright i play on bnet in the west and i got the error message which tells me to come here.
well i decided to try in the east and i can log on there.Can someone tell me whats going on.its been about 12 hours

come on seriously im having a problem and was derected here i was play d2 last night got off for like 10 minutes got back on and this happened let me know why i cant(only in the west)log on the b.net>.<thxs for all help in advance
