cant conect to b.net

just says unable to conect to b.net but in the east i can its just in the west that i cant....can someone help me?

It is possible you have been temporarly banned. (It could last anywhere from 5min to +2 days.)
Other possibilities
1. Something is wrong with your routers/firewall
2. Something is wrong with your bandwidth (Trojans could be using your bandwidth secretly)
3. Something is wrong with your PC
Questions...
1. Are you using a router? (If yes, list model/type)
2. Are you using a firewall? (If yes, Disable it, & try reconnect)
3. Are you using cheats/hacks/bots? (Remove them, those are a sure way to get banned permenantly.  )
More info is need...
1. Post system specs.
2. Post specific Bnet error log.
3. Also post your trace route.
