I recently uninstalled Norton Anti Virus and Internet Security version 2002 and 2003 to install a newer version...So I tryed to uninstall it from add/remove programs...it said it uninstalled and i can't find any files on my computer that has to do w/ norton. So i went to install the newer version and it says "Please complete the last uninstall and then restart your computer...It told me it uninstalled completly the first time. And I know that the Install is good because I used it on a different computer and it worked fine the first time...please help
