boot up crash down

my pc boots up to the windows screen, I see a splash of a blue screen and then it shuts off and keeps repeating this cycle......heeeeellllp!

there could be a couple of things u could try for instance u could run system repair or perhaps last known best configeration for best config hit f8 till u hit safe mode in safe mode u could try to get into o/s and maybe delete last drivers u installed or put win disk in and follow prompts till u get to repair also try swapping out ur ram cild be a number of things just a few to start with
