I don't know why but its happened like 1 hr ago looking on pricewatch amd dropped 64 bit prices by 20%. Highlights include a 939 pin 3500+ for a mere $346. Thats a dual channel enabled chip. 3800+ stands at 642. And the FX series still remains astronomically high.
