First off, lose the big red text, its annoying. Red text is usually for warnings.
So you want to find out your account password?
You'll have to take that up with blizzard, but I doubt they can help you.
As for you e-mail password. Did you try the "Forgot your password?" link?
If you didn't set up a passcode phrase, you're SOL.
