I'm going crazy PLZ help me!

I have been trying to install diablo 2 for almost 4 days now. I keep getting an error message towards the end of installation. It says:
Setup was unable to copy the following file:
SetupDat\Files103\D2Win.dll
Error 0x00000002: The system cannot find the file specified.
(C:\D2\Tools\diablnst\Source\DiskUndo.cpp:246)
I have: restarted pc, reinstalled game, system restore to earliest time, exchanged for brand new D2 disks, copied all files on disk to hard drive, virus\trojan\worm\adware\spyware\keylogger scanned my whole pc and problem still persists and im going crazy please help me????

Ohh and for the record I can't install any patches becuase the d2 install file cannot be found, nor do i have an account on d2 yet.
