help bnet wont connect

when i try to connect to bnet it wont get past the connecting fastest servers i have no virus's and dont use hacking programs the info in the bnet log file is
7/24 14:43:25.825 Connecting to Battle.net...
7/24 14:43:25.845 querying gateway 127.0.0.1
7/24 14:43:25.875 searching for the fastest server
7/24 14:43:27.347 no servers found
can you please help me?

Reset your server list.

Click on Start then Run.
Type regedit and click OK.
Click on the + icon beside the HKey_Local_Machine branch.
Click on the + icon beside the Software branch.
Select the Battle.net branch and press the delete key.
Click on the + icon beside the HKey_Current_User branch.
Click on the + icon beside the Software branch.
Select the Battle.net branch and press the delete key.
Now start the game and connect to Battle.net.
