SimCity4 Rush Hour crashes...

Ok now i just installed Simcity4 rushhour and when i start it up in the middle of the EA logo appering it crashes... SimCity4 works fine plz help...

Was there any error message?
What game version are you using? (i.e. North America or Europe/Asia)
Make sure your computer meets all the minimum requirements.
