Which one is better?

My question is this. I am looking at these two video cards on Ebay. One is a Chaintech Nvidia 5600 Ultra. The other is a Chaintech 5900 XT. Now the person selling the 5600 Ultra shows processor clock speeds of 400MHZ and a memory clock speed of 800MHZ. The person with the 5900 XT states a processor clock speed of 390MHZ and a memory clock speed of 700MHZ. Which one is a better card or should I say which one is lying? I am not a real big gamer but i would like something better than the Nvidia GeForce 2 MX 400 that I am using now. Any comments are greatly appreciated, and thank you for your time.

I'm not sure either is lying but the 5900XT is much better than the 5600 Ultra
