Yes, I know that it is easy to take things out of context to make people sound like idiots, and I know that transcriptions of normal conversations look bizarre.. but some of these are unexplainable.

This is very very similar to the book that was released in the Philippines that outlined the "wit and wisdom" of the former president Joseph "Erap" Estrada. The book was entitled Erap-tions and it was one of the most stupid and funniest books I ever read.
