Yahoo voice chat freezes my computer

For the past few days every time I enable voice chat my computer completely freezes. I have to manually turn it off. I uninstalled and reinstalled messenger, I ran the audio wizard and it freezes on that too. It freezes in yahoo games and ymlite as well. Anyone know how I might fix this problem? Thanks.

Yea someone needs to figure this one out, its effecting people all over, im guessing its happened since the last patch on yahoo first of august, some isp's arent configured properly, or its a simple dll or something,the same issues are happening to many of my friends here in SE Ga, dunno if its ISP cuz we all use the same one.
Any Ideas? Will try anything if i havent already!!
