winxp administrator previleges question??

can anyone tell me how to change the administrator previliges in winxp...i have 2 accounts on my pc...one for my bro and one for me...wel the bottom line is that IT IS MY PC his using and he keeps on installing stuff that slows down my hardrive..i wnt to change the administrator previliges so that im the only one who has the previlege to install files or any other stuffs...any suggstions?? tnx!

installing "stuff" can slow down the computer, but not the hard drive.

Start > Run > Control (press enter)
Double click on User Account
Select your Brother's account
Click on Change Account Type ..
Set it to Limited User ..
Apply .. OK ..
Reboot ..

Thats all ...
