magic iso

i have magic iso and am trying to figure out how to cnonvert a .ccd file a .img file and a .sub file to a differnet format such as .iso or .bin
mind you that the ccd,img,and sub are all one main file, where as bin and cue has only the two parts to the main file and iso has only the one file to the main file. how am i supposed to convert three file types to two working file types such as bin or one working types such as iso
