Internet Shareing Configureation?

When i'm on the internet some times i get a message that says
"C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNCorefiles\MSN6.EXE is attempting to change or view this computer's Internet Connection Protection settings. To give C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNCorefiles\MSN6.EXE permission to edit these settings for as long as the program is open, click yes". Can anyone tell me what this means?
