Windows Update - XP SP2

This is for everyone who doesn't have XP's Automatic Updates feature on. Microsoft is going to release XP Service Pack 2 here pretty soon, and Windows Update has a new version. Eventually MS is going to change this, but right now, Update links still go to version 4 of MU, at least on my comp they did. Here';s how to go to version 5, it's easy, just goto the version 4 page, and in the URL change the v4.windo... to v5.windo...., its a new interface and it will let you update to SP2 as soon as it is released to the public, and when V5 is installed it will automatically change all the WU links on your comp to link to V5

open up your internet explorer, click on tools, then click on windows update
