Windows explorer 6.0 problem

How do I reinstall explorer 6.0 web browser when I can only get my computer to the c prompt. I had this problem on start up after normal shut down the night before.
I don't hve a boot disk and cant' see my CD rom drive
Any suggestions on where to look or what to do are much appreciated

Are you saying that you can't boot into windows?

getting ie installed is the least of your problems atm.
does the bios see the hard drive, floppy drive, and cd rom drive? check the boot order, as well as making sure all those devices are boot enabled.
