Acer released some specifications on it's new ALADDiN-P4. We don't know a lot yet, but we know it's designed to be compatible with SDR and DDR RAM and compete with Via's P4X266. Here's a snip from the press release by Acer:

ALADDiN-P4 supports 400 MHz system bus to achieve 3.2 GB/sec bandwidth. ALADDiN-P4 is also able to accommodate a full spectrum of memory technology currently available, from the cost effective PC-133 to the extremely high performance DDR 333. In addition, ALADDiN-P4 combines 4X AGP and equips its southbridge to support new high-speed ATA devices. With the ALADDiN-P4 chipset, any system designer is able to deliver a high-end performance PentiumR 4 system.
