Hotmail Account Question

I paid for the extra storage on hotmail and I logged on last week and was told my account had been deactivated. I hadn't accessed it for over a month but I was under the impression that subscription accounts weren't closed. Does anybody know anything about this? Is it because of the new paid service they're launching? Have I missed something being mailed out to me recently?
Any info appreciated

Sew hotmail.
JK just contact them and i believe they make you an account with extra storage.
