Don't touch:

smss.exe
winlogon.exe
services.exe
lsass.exe
svchost.exe
explorer.exe
spoolsv.exe

Don't touch if you're using it:

IPMon32.exe and IPClient.exe - part of your Verizon PPPoE client, if you still use it
pctspk.exe

Don't have to kill these if you don't want to:

mcvsshld.exe - part of McAfee antivirus
SynTPLpr.exe and SynTPEnh.exe - software for your laptop's touchpad
mcvsrte.exe - part of McAfee antivirus

I think you should get rid of these if you're not using them:

support.exe - some stupid Dell thing
dsentry.exe
viewmgr.exe
qttask.exe
civsc.exe

opware32.exe
dadapp.exe
fro.exe - Free RAM optimizer thing
wscntfy.exe
ypager.exe

Why would you suggest removing this program when Microsoft sates it is essential?

cisvc.exe

cisvc.exe is a process that belongs to the Microsoft Windows Operating System. It is used to monitor the memory usage in CIDAEMON.exe and prevent low memory problems. This is an essential system process and should not be removed. This program is an essential system process and should not be removed

You also did not answer the part about the running of Svchost? I am very curious why this has to run so many times? Sincerely, Tony.

you had the time to look up cisvc, but not svchost?
