Ok, I have 2 questions.
1) My internet [High Speed] Is slower then ever.
i think its because of Conquer.
Anyway
2) How can i upload an image from my computer?
ive seen a website and looked at theyre source and it says something like http://www.68.25.25./upload/picture.jpg
plz help

All depends of the OS you are using and how well your ISP is performing.
The OS and browser configuration and the modem will have an effect on the internet, but if you have lots of simultaneous programs running 'underneath' while surfing the close the programs that you do not need and if that gave the required speed increase then configure the those programs not to start with the OS, but manually. 
If you want to upload data (images, music...etc) then use FTP program to do it, I use WS FTP to upload data to website(s).
