Ok, Im Trying To Format My Computer And Almost Everytime When It Gets To Precent 76 It Shuts Down!!!
If You Know Why Or How I Can Fix This, My Cd Has Some Scratches On It, Think Its A Corrutp File, I Removed All My Outlets Like Internet Cable My E-sync Everything Nothing Seems To Work Please If You Have Any Suggestions It Would Be Cool

if the cd is scratched, thats probably it. try a repair kit if you dont have another xp cd around. i mean, you can certainly format your drive using a floppy, but that wont help if you cant get the OS on there.

Yes Ive Called Hp And They Told Me To Buy New Formatting Cds.
That Could Costabout 30 Bucks (the Price Of War Craft Iii)
Im Not Sure If Its Worth It But Without It I Wont Have An Operating System.
Ive Tried Now Too And It Shut Down Again On 76%

you wont have an operating system with the formatting cds either. they wipe the computer, not install stuff. however, get the appropriate programs from www.bootdisk.com if you want to partition and format. you will still need a working cd to install a OS.

download the iso through warez channels, (which are legal because they provide backups, lol), and use your pre-existing cd key.
legal and cheap.
