Why don't you just uninstall it and use the new key? Is there a reason why you want to keep the old key? Did you lose the CD case? Was it generated by a CD key generator? Was it tagged by Blizzard?

I had an CD-Key from a friend but now i will play in the battle.net and i have bought me only a key without the game diablo2.

wait, you bought a "key"? You buy a game with the key, not just the key itself. Where did you buy it from?
Well anyway, if you know your key is legitimate, then just use it instead of your friend's. That is, if you trust the person(s) you "bought" your key from.
Is there any way you can just buy the game itself normally? Less hassle, and it's legal...
