Need Help Bad!!

im new to the group and dont know where this shoud be posted to so im posting it here. i have a old toshiba satellite pro 2150 laptop that someone gave me to try and see if i could fix it the computer did not come with a floppy drive in it. when i turn it on it will boot to a certain point then i get a error message asking for a system disk, i put in my win98 cd but that wont work either. i want to know is there any way i can get the system to boot without having a floopy dirve installed?

yes you have to go in the bios and change the settings so your cd rom is before your floppy drive and hdd
