I really need Jazz guitar chord progressions

OMG this is as off-topic as it gets but i really need some help with getting Jazz guitar chord progressions, especially in the first position.I know the basic 2-5-1 progression on the piano but i cannot for the life of me get it on the guitar so diagrams would help greatly If anyone knows this please tell me or if there is a link to a website then i would greatly appreciate this.
