I like to use Gamer's Hell for demos and stuff

i think they launched it today just to get extra front page advertising from all the traffic due to today's launch of the dear hunter 2005 demo.

I played through it.. I didn't like it. I'm so glad that I didn't buy it when it came out, too. I was very close to, but chose not to because of all the bad shit I heard about it.
I didn't like that it was dark..
I didn't like that eventhing was all confined and I don't like games where I'm constantly running around in circles some building.. that's been WAY overdone.
It looked nice, but eh .. Fighting wasn't that fun, as I can't hide or evade an enemy's attacks that well..
The people just magically apearing from behind me was really annoying.
Though, the game was cool up until .. approximately 5 minutes after I had to start fighting things. It got old real quick.
Also, there was some sort of bug that caused any sound effects to repeat over and over. Made cinemas REALLY annoying..

half that stuff was what made it fun. . . The buildings werent confusing at all, and the creatures appearing behind you adds suspense which is meant to keep you watching your back. Yeah its dark, but that adds to the unpredictability - i tried hiding in a corner once to fight off other monsters, but when i killed them, all of a sudden i started dying, i backed out of the pitch black corner and found a possessed worker trying to kill me

exact same thing happened to me, i though it was cheap, but probably also intentional.
