Unhandeled Exception

Ok i read some of the other c0000005 error threads and none of them help me so i decided to post my own

Ok i have a Radion 9100 IGP video card, a new motherboard that its integrated into,512 MB of ram, a 60 GB hardrive, and XP Pro so i know i fit the requirements. Also i had an older computer that ran this exact copy of Diablo 2 just fine with no errors ever. Ok my c0000005 errors start at varies times, but always at least 5 mins after the game has started and im playing (it happens on and offline). I have to click OK or the X and either one crashes the game. If i don't click one of the two the game just stays frozen. I can tab back to the desktop where the error is just fine, and the only think different about my new comp is that the keyboard is USB and the video is a little worse (i had a GEFORCE 4 and we tried to override the onboard video but it wouldn't work) and the sound is a bit better. I haven't tried it in 2D yet. If anyone has any idea at all on whats wrong and or how to fix it PLZ email me ASAP. my email is dan_da_man_08@hotmail.com. O yea and i haven't done much for editing files ect. so if that is your idea for me, make sure it works and describe exactly how to do it as specificly as you can PLZ.
