Installation Error

Every time I attempt to install Diablo II on Windows XP I get the following error:
Setup was unable to copy the following file:
SetupDat/Files103/D2Win.dll
Error 0x00000002: The system cannot find the file specified.
(C:\D2\Tools\Daiblnst\Source\DiskUndo.cpp:246
Installation Aborted
I am doing the multiplayer install. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
