problem with my wr3 aythentic cd

Well, can u please help with this probem?
After the instalation of both reign of chaos and frozen throne cds, if i quit the game and some time passes and try to open the game, i get a message wich says that i must place the cd in the cd rom(ofcourse i do have the cd in the cd rom). This message usually apears when the cd is not aythentic and needs a crack for the game to operate. My cds ofcourse are aythentic and the only way for not reintalling the game every time(the only way to play the game again if this meassage apears) is to have it running all the time never closing it.
I really don't know what to do and i want to close my pc sometimes for refreshing reasons...
Well this might help you help me.
When the last patch came and i had to install it the game should restart. That ofcourse never happened. But i had a warning from the wrc3 that the map editor perhaps has a problem and i should reinstall the game (again) so it could apply the patch.
Plz help me, i can't always reinstall the game, i even have learnt the cd-key without looking at it with so many uses of it
