Don't know what to say. 
Well anyways, I got the link to this site thru another site.
The main reason why I registered & become a member here is see how this site (Open Tech Support) embedded vBulletin (Jelsoft forum software) throughout the whole site to make it 100% php. And especially the design (logos on the top & left side) of this site is totally awesome when it wraps around vBulletin. 
All in all, this is the best looking site I've seen that uses vBulletin embedded throughtout the site. Another thing I also like about this site is that some space (about 15 to 20%) is left on the left side of the page for the menu buttons and paypal supprt ots box.
Whereas most of the others that uses vBulletin makes their forums to take up 100% of the page.
