PC wont boot up

I moved yesterday, my pc was working fine...when I set it up in the new apartment and turned it on, it went thru the booting up sequence...but, when it go to the point of opening the desktop, the screen goes blank then the monitor shuts off...HELP

Something inside may have gotten jostled when you moved. Unplug your computer, then open up the case and make sure everything is connected tightly and that your RAM and cards are slotted tightly.
