tcpip.sys BSOD

I've Googled around for this various times in the past and haven't found much success... so I'm wondering if anyone here either experiences the same problem or perhaps have a clue as to what's going wrong.
I run Windows XP SP2 on my desktop, and it hosts a server using Apache for Windows (as well as a Cerberus FTP server). The only other processes that I have running all the time worth mentioning are Norton2K Corp Ed and Agnitum's Outpost Firewall.
The problem itself:
I basically can't browse my own pages with Mozilla-based browsers (namely, I've tried Netscape and Firefox with the same results). Well I can, but I end up crashing my computer somehow. The only way I can safely view my own webpages is by opening up the local HTML files to my drive (address file://blahblah) as opposed to viewing the actual webpages (address http://mydomain.com/blahblah). What happens is if I navigate through my own webpages online for a little bit too long (and "too long" varies from one page-load to several to more than 10, but rarely does it ever get to more than 10) - Firefox stops working. All pages will begin to error with "Document contains no data."
Then AIM will die. All other programs that require the internet fail to connect, all except for mIRC for some odd reason. Miraculously, Internet Explorer still loads pages just fine...
By this time, I'm forced to attempt a reboot. Keyword being attempt because 9 times out of 10 when I try to reboot after this occurs, Windows XP begins shutting down until it gets to the part that says, "Shutting down..." where it bluescreens me with a stop error saying that a failure occurred and the file at fault was tcpip.sys .
Now I've Googled tcpip.sys errors and the only thing I've found on it is based on Windows 2000. There's almost no documentation about tcpip.sys in Windows XP, and the closest I've come to a solution is in the Agnitum forums where an Outpost Firewall user complained about TCPIP.SYS crashes (similar to mine), but after a 5-10 page thread, they decided that it was the fault of some other program or drivers he had.
I have tried different network cards to the same result. In fact, my old network card failed even more frequently than the one I'm currently using (3COM one now opposed to an onboard NIC on my ASUS P4something8000D-E).
Does anyone have a remote clue as to how I may approach debugging this? It's not a big deal, but it's annoying often enough that every now and then I waste some time trying to figure out how to fix it...
Thanks.

Your TCP/IP stack is borked.

Hmm I just tried that out... I guess we'll see eventually if it worked.
Thanks!
