Cannot connect to battlenet.

Hey, I recently got Frozen Throne and when I try to connect to battlenet it is telling me that if im using a modem that i may need to connect first, but I have a cable connection. This is also happening when I try to connect to Diablo 2 - LOD. I reinstalled Warcraft 3.. and just tried without Frozen Throne and I got the same thing.
Not too sure what to do next..

Do you have a firewall installed? If so, are they configured to be allowed access? Also, you might want to post your BattleNet log. I believe it should be located in the main folder of the game. I'm sure you can find it.
