RUNDLL errors.

hi i was wondering if anyone could give me a hand. i keep getting a error message popup every few minutes thats titles RUNDLL. i think its tied to IE, cuz they only start when i start that. they started when i deleted some spyware in my system32 folder that norton couldnt delete. im running XP with sp1 installed.

jus got one pop up and it says: Error loading winupd.dll specified module could not be found.
