UT2K4freeze

I have, 1Gb DDR 400 (2*512 bought at same time, same company), GeForce FX 5950 Ultra, Athlon 64 3500+, Asus K8 board, 350 Watt motor (required for GPU); almost everytime I play UT2K4 online the graphics freeze and the system hangs, especially if I am winning. After restarting (reset) the event log reports a dhcp error with the network card's address (0090966E46AE), which sounds more like a memory address to me. I can play Doom 3 all day and all night long with no problems so this really confuses me! The problem only happens when I am playin UT online. I think if I knew what the numbers meant then I could figure this out but it sounds like some type of conflict, help?
