Please help with my downloading problem!

There I was, downloading from my favorite site using Winzip. I must have got trigger-happy with the mouse because the usual window that asks me if I want to open the zip or save to disk no longer comes up. I must have unchecked that box by accident, and now I can't find how to check it back on. I searched through all the "Help" options on my computer, I've opened up internet properties and gone into the security tab, check the microsoft website as well as winzip's, and nada seems available to help with my problem. I'm oldfashioned and I have windows 98 and internet explorer 6. If you can help me fix it so that prompt comes back on (I prefer to save my downloads to open later) I'll say nothing but good about you!! Also, please use very simple terms and instructions, because I'm lucky to even know what kind of OS I have!

Oh wow, you have spell check on here?!? My company just installed a new $10 million computer program that's "supposed" to make us more efficient and faster and give better customer service, but they couldn't put spell check on it! Gotta love the backspace key!

I used to use winzip until I upgraded to a new OS, then I found out they now charge for there services. I've been totally happy with a new unzip utility program called JustZIPit. Find out about this free small utility and get it here... http://avatarsoft.com/ If your unzipping needs include accessing programs other than ones with the .zip extension, then I recommend another unzipping utility called WinRAR, they have a free trial available and lets just say if you get it one option is to pay for it after your trial ends. ;}

iT HAPPEND TO ME TO AND ALL I DID WAS REBOOT AND IT WAS FIXED

Getting a new zipping utility sounds interesting, but would that window asking me to open or save a download to disk be part of the Winzip program or part of the Windows 98? And rebooting- that involves saving everything to disk & reinstalling the Windows 98 to the computer, right? Aw, sometimes I really miss my old typewriter, even if it weighed 45 pounds! If only white-out didn't have such a strong odor..............
