Links is nat opening

Internet explorer - some links will nat opeen. One in particular is the first continue button you encounter when first singing up for on-line banking on the Royal Bank page. Some other sites do it to.

Most likely you have set you MSIE Security settings that have disabled something vital to the Link operation - for example, could be the link depends on some 'cookie' being sent to your PC or some stupid 'Active-X' or JAVA control (or you have disabled 'navigate across domains' and it's try to take you somewhere else).
Also possible your Firewall is doing the same i.e. protecting you from the sort of garbage that less honest web sites use to sell you Viagra, connect you to porn, replace your 'home' page, and take over or trash your machine.

Other possibilities relate to MSIE 'caching' (you could already have a (bad) copy of the page on your PC, or maybe simply run out of space) - you could try clearing Cached pages / cookies first ..
