When i play video game, there is sudio on but no image? My pc is a new one (model 510).
Please help

1) Make sure that the specs matches the PC.
2) Make sure that your display card is configured correctly. Well even a new PC isn't correctly configured.
3) When you installed the game did the game configuration recognize the display card???
If not the goto the game setup option or re-install the game, but first read the instructions.
