Memtest86 does not run in Windows.
It make a bootable DOS disk, reboot to drive A: with that diskette after it is created.
The program will automatically load and run.

Go here: http://www.memtest86.com/

Hey kidd657, what does your event viewer state on the date before the memory dump?
This BEFCM3xP.sys file could not access a windows .dll (Dynamic Link Library) file, a file that is stored and executed from memory.
I can research more for you.

Make sure you've backed everthing up then try the following. Go to the C:/Windows/Repair folder and copy out the following Config.NT and Autoexec.nt then (after saving the originals somewhere else just in case) replace the versions in your main Windows system folder with these. This should fix your "C:\WINNT\system32\config.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. " problem.
