hello,

I was downloading a movie with bittorando and then my harddisk was full. So the downloading stopped at 70%.
No i can't start downloading anymore except if I completly start over again. I don't want to do this. How can I continue my original file?

I've never used Bittornado, i use G3. But check if there's part of a file in your download directory, if there isn't, then you're probably out of luck.
Try re-installing Bittornado, making sure it's set to the same download directory.

after you download the initial file. that file expands to meet the size of the soon to be downloaded file.

and that is filled in piece by piece with actual data during the download process

you download a small file, it tells you things like where its at, and the size of the file. it makes a large file on your hard drive, then you start downloading it and it replaces that big empty file big file.

your download would not have stopped due to you running out of room to house the file in. your comp broke someother way due to no more hard drive space.

bit torrent doesnt start over unless the file is corrupted. try using the file with another bt client.
