I have a remote latop user who says that some of her pages do not automatically load and claims to have seen something about work offline even though she is connected to an ethernet jack. Once they go to the file menu selection and uncheck work offline that page is viewable. I am wondering if IE is corrupt?

If the pages have are flash sites then a free flash player is needed.
Other settings can be altered via IE/tools/Internet options/Advanced
Write dowsn what you have there.
It is possible to restore the default setting too.
