I am trying to install a 16-bit application and get the following error: "The Win 16 Subsystem has insufficient resources to continue running. Click on the OK, close applications, and restart your computer."
None of the suggested steps help. Any ideas ?!

Did you just upgrade to Windows XP SP2?
