How do I get rich media UNBLOCKED.
I use SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY for my virus control
I have a Norton Firewall and AOL.

spybot is not an antivirus, you need to get an antivirus program.
rich media is probably under "permantent bad url blocking". remove it, or turn off the blocking.

If you have the latest version of IE, it blocks pop-ups. It could be it's blocking what you need if these windows come up in pop-up windows. Check the properties in IE. The option should be in there somewhere.
