Where's my Club Pogo Subscription?

My sister is an aol member. On November 2nd she sent me a gift subscription to club pogo. Previous to that I was playing in club pogo on a 5 DAY guest pass that she had sent. I was sent an email from clubpgo on Nov 2 at 11am with a happy 50th birthday wish and a gift suscription for a year of club pogo.
Today on Nov. 6th I lost all of my clubpogo info and can't get in to my account as a club pogo member. Who is responisble for this mishap and how do I get in to play this weekend? There is no phone number available to contact anyone, on weekends.

Well, if you lost you membership information, IE name and pass, then you are responsible for the misshap. The vast majority of services and sites on the web have a "Did you lose your password" box somewhere near the log-in/pass box.
Most of the time you put in the e-mail address the account is associated with and they send you a new password.
