D-link wireless card rebooting system

I built a computer to be used as a PVR utilizing Snapstream's Beyond TV. I had this computer hardwired to my network and everything worked well. Now I have moved it into another room and I decided to install a wireless card to connect to my network (for schedule downloads) (wireless card D-link DWL-520+). This computer only runs as a PVR. Without the wireless card, this baby runs forever without rebooting. With the wireless card installed, the computer reboots about every 5 minutes. I remove the card, and it does not do this. Anyone have any ideas?
I have the following setup in my system
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2 Rev 2 nForce2 Ultra 400 Chipset Motherboard
Case: Antec Piano (380 Watt Antec PSU)
Processor: AMD Thunderbird 2700+
DVD: Sony DVD-RW
HD: 2 Maxtor Drives
Video Card: Standard MSI tvout card (don't remember the specification)
TV capture: Hauppauge WinTV-PVR250
RAM: 512 MB
OS: Windows XP Professional

You are running sp2? i've been reading about a recurring problem with wireless wep protocols and dhcp causing rebooting issues when sp2 is involved. Are you using dhcp? if so, try manually configuring with static ips. this may solve the issue. The other problem may be related to the wireless card fighting the wintv for the irq. i'm not an expert on this...but i've read about these sort of problems...try the manual ip first...then consult with another tech who might be able to help you edit the registry...specifically deleting the irq sharing registry. good luck
